Data processing of application data by RS Rittel GmbH

Within the scope of your application process, the data made available by you (e.g. personal details, details on your professional development, your qualifications) as well as that which accumulates due to the application process (e.g. appointment and contact data, documents submitted) is processed.

The processing and transmission of the data is carried out for the applicants as far as this is necessary in each case due to the contractual relationship striven for, including text documents prepared and archived with computer assistance (such as, for example, correspondence) in these matters. Without this data we cannot conclude or carry out the application process with you.

Transmission of the data relevant in the respective individual case is carried out solely within the company. Your data are not processed outside of the EU or the EEA.

Within the scope of the applicable statutory data security provisions, some of your data for the administration and handling of the order is processed in our IT systems. This includes text documents prepared and archived with computer assistance (such as, for example, correspondence) on these matters as well as the storage and logging of electronic data and messaging. Without this data processing, the handling of an application procedure is not possible in our company.

The giving of other personal data that is not directly related to the initiation of a contract of employment takes place only with your express consent. These consents are separately coordinated with you outside of this information.

Some of the data is passed on to a processor for the performance of help desk services, cloud services, data backups etc..

We store your data within the scope of the statutory possibilities, but for a maximum of 6 months after the conclusion of the application process. If you desire longer retention in our company, you must issue explicit consent to us for this beforehand.

You are entitled as a matter of principle to rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. For that please contact us.
