At RS Rittel, employees have open, respectful and honest dealings with one another. So that we can combine our social and ethical principles with our strategic and business goals, we have drawn up binding guidelines. They characterize daily activities and decisions at RS Rittel, but also those of our contractors and partners. In that way we protect and improve RS Rittel’s reputation.

 

From legal conformity to conflict resolution

 

The RS code of conduct lays down our actions in our compliance guidelines in the following areas: legal conformity, self-image, quality standard, fair competition and antitrust law, corruption and manipulation, conflicts of interest, economic action, confidentiality, health and safety at the workplace, human rights, forced labour, child labour, environmental policy, social commitment, transparency and conflict resolution.
