The foundations were laid for this continuous company development as early as 1979 by the founder of RS Rittel: Diplom-Ingenieur Willibald Rittel.

With Sabine Rittel-Eßler and Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur Heiko Rittel, meanwhile the second generation heads the company, that has been completely family-owned up to the present day.
